Alcohol Content: 12.5 % vol.
Characteristics: Has an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its bouquet consists of notes of apple, peach, banana, pineapple, pink grapefruit and citrus. This wine has great personality. A pleasantly soft taste that is rich and fragrant.
Food Pairing: Enjoyable as an aperitif and ideal with many fish dishes, crustaceans and soups. Best served between 46-50° F.

Mediterraneo
Variety: 100% Chenin Blanc
Appellation: Sicily “Terre Siciliane” I.G.P. – White Wine
Soil: Farmed in Sicily in a clayey and sandy soil that contains alkali
Vineyard: Tenuta Corridore, Dagala della Donna – Poggioreale
Grape output per hectare: 100-120 quintals
Farming System: Espalier with guyot pruning
Harvest: Grapes are harvested in early September with full ripening of the grapes
Winemaking: Grapes go through a 10 day long maceration process at controlled temperatures. Afterwards, the wine is refined 80% of the time in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 20% in oak tonneaux before being bottled.  
Alcohol Content: 12.5 % vol.
Characteristics: Color is intense and bright. A rich and concentrated bouquet, recalling the intense aromas of the Mediterranean, such as peaches and honey that are intertwined with those of sweet jasmine flowers. This Mediterraneo contains a fresh, fruity and mineral taste.
Food Pairing: Best served with fish dishes, crustaceans and white meats. Should be served between 50-54 ° F.

Pinot Grigio
Variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Appellation: Sicily “Terre Siciliane” I.G.P. – White Wine
Soil: Cultivated in Sicily in alluvial based soil. A gravelly terrain with a mix of limestone and sand that provides adequate amounts of carbonates and organic matter.
Grape output per hectare: 100-120 quintals

Farming System: Espalier with guyot pruning
Harvest: Grapes are harvested during the first 10 days of August, when they are fully ripe.
Winemaking: The grapes are de-stemmed at their full ripeness, crushed and cold macerated for a few hours with the specific purpose to enrich the must’s aromas characteristic of the grape and to achieve color stability. After fermenting for 15 days at a controlled temperature, the wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks for 2 months prior to being bottled.
Alcohol Content: 12.5 % vol.
Characteristics: This exotic Pinot Grigio has a straw to pale gold color. It has a fresh and slightly floral bouquet with fruity notes of pear, green apple and white peaches. The palate is fresh, dry and fruity with notes of coriander and lime followed by a crisp finish.
Food Pairing: Goes well with light appetizers, risotto dishes, or pastas with clams or mussels. Should be served between 46-50° F.

Red Wines

Nero d'Avola
Variety: 100% Nero d’Avola
Appellation: Sicily “Terre Siciliane” I.G.P. – Red Wine
Soil: Grown in Sicily in a mixture of clayey and sandy soil about 200-300 meters above sea level and with a density of 4,000 plants per hectare.
Vineyard: Contessa Entellina hills
Grape output per hectare: 100-120 quintals
Farming System: Espalier with guyot pruning
Harvest: Grapes are harvested in the middle of September when they are fully ripe.
Winemaking: Harvested at the right phenolic ripeness and vinified with a 12-15 day long maceration at 79° F. Afterwards, the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks for 4 months before being bottled.
Alcohol Content: 13.5 % vol.
Characteristics: A deep red color with purple tones. The bouquet consists of blackberries and ripe cherries. A full mid-body wine that is nicely rounded with tannins. It contains a balanced acidity and persistency with a fruity finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled meats, spaghetti with pesto sauce and seasoned pecorino cheese. Best served at 63° F. Can be served immediately after uncorking.

Syrah

Variety: 100% Syrah
Appellation: Sicily “Terre Siciliane” I.G.P. – Red Wine
Soil: Cultivated in medium-textured soils, rich in limestone, sand and organic elements.
Vineyard: Belice valley, at an altitude between 350-500 meters above sea-level.
Grape output per hectare: 100-120 quintals
Farming System: Espalier with guyot pruning
Harvest: Grapes are harvested during the first days of September when they are fully ripe.
Winemaking: The grapes are gently pressed and left to macerate for at least 10 days before undergoing fermentation at a controlled temperature. 30% of the wine matures in stainless steel tanks while 70% matures in French medium oak for 4 months.  
Alcohol Content: 13.5 % vol.
Characteristics: An intense red color. Evident aromas of violet and blackcurrant enriched by hints of liquorices and black pepper. In the mouth it is full, round, slightly tannic and with a spicy note on the finish.
Food Pairing: This wine goes well with matured cheeses, roasted game and gravy sauces. Best served between 64-68° F.
