Vinification: The must remains in direct contact with the skins for 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks. Here it remains at a controlled temperature in order to fully extract all the substances contained in the skins. The wine then ages in barrels for 24 months and later continues refinement in the bottle for an additional 12 months..
Tasting Notes: This wine contains a ruby red color. The bouquet offers an intense, ripe, red fruit aroma with hints of spices. Full and complete, the taste is evenly balanced, providing hints of spices and vanilla. A full-bodied wine.
Muraia should be uncorked at least an hour before drinking to allow adequate aeration. This wine should be served between 64-68° F and can be enjoyed with main dishes, grilled or roasted meats, game and aged cheeses.

Passo Cale - Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva

Grape Variety: 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
Cultivation Area: Chieti territory, in southern Abruzzo
Altitude: 300 meters above sea level
Vinification: After the first pressing, the grapes are transported to stainless steel tanks where they remain on the skins in order to fully extract all the substances contained in them. The wine is aged in Slovenian oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting Notes: This wine contains a ruby red color. Its bouquet is intense with a sense of ripe fruit and a slight hint of spices. It provides a well-balanced and harmonious flavor that is full and savory. It is slightly tannic and has a full body.

Terre dei Nobili - Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

Cultivation Area: Chieti territory, in southern Abruzzo
Altitude: 300 meters above sea level
Alcohol: 13% by vol.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and then de-stemmed and crushed before placed in stainless steel tanks to undergo fermentation. The wine is placed in Slovanian oak barrels where it matures for a minimum of 4 months.
Tasting Notes: The wine contains a ruby-red color with violet hues. An intense and fruity bouquet. The taste is full and well-balanced. Smooth with evidence of tannins.
Terre dei Nobili Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is best served at around 66° F and is ideal with strong first courses or meat dishes.

Coste Mancini - Pinot Noir

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Cultivation Area: The hills of Poggiofiorito in Abruzzo
Altitude: 300 meters above sea level
Vinification: The grapes are strictly hand-picked, as per tradition, and are pressed with their skins at a controlled temperature. The wine that is obtained is placed in oak barrels where it will age for a minimum of 4 months.
Tasting Notes: This wine contains an intense red color. It has a spicy bouquet full of wild berries and a hint of pepper. The wine's flavor is round and complex, with a slight mineral aftertaste. It provides a long and persistent taste.

Coste Mancini - Pecorino

Cultivation Area: The Chieti territory in southern Abruzzo
Altitude: 300 meters above sea level
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked with only the best being selected. They are then lightly pressed and undergo fermentation once the skins have been removed. The wine is gently fermented at a controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes: This wine contains an amber color with hints of straw-yellow and greenish streaks. A complex flowery bouquet with notes of ripe fruit and a hint of apple. It has a mineral taste that is dry, fresh and well-balanced.
Coste Mancini Pecorino is best served at around 46-50° F and can be enjoyed with shellfish, raw seafood, light cheeses and antipasti.
