Characteristics
Deep red in color, which tends to change slightly overtime. The bouquet is soft and delicate, providing notes of violet and spice. Has a well balanced taste. 

Serving Suggestions: Best when served with roasts and game, cheese and pasta. Should be served between 68 - 72° F.

Grape variety: 100% Arneis
Production area: Castagnito, in Roero
Altitude: 320 meters above sea level
Soil: Clayey, sandy
Alcohol: 14% by vol.
Harvest: Grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small wooden crates to prevent damage. They are then transported directly to the cellar, where they are further selected and taken care of in a sophisticated manner.
Characteristics: A pale, straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. Delicate aroma with hints of intense exotic fruit. Dry and harmonious with pleasant acidity and finish. A unique style that is beautifully balanced.

Serving Suggestions: An outstanding aperitif. Goes nicely with appetizers or concluding a meal. Should be served between 50 - 54° F.

Roero Arneis
Classification: White Wine - Piedmont - DOCG
Grape variety: 100% Arneis
Production area: Castagnito, in Roero
Altitude: The vineyards are 15 years old and 350 meters above sea level.
Soil: Clayey, sandy
Alcohol: 13% by vol.
Processing: A soft crushing of the grapes followed by a cold maceration and then horizontal fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics: A pale, straw-yellow color with a delicate bouquet that contains hints of herbs. This dry wine has a pleasant taste and is well rounded with good acidity and a delicately bitter finish.

Serving Suggestions: Great as an aperitif. Goes well with fish, shellfish and white meats. Should be served between 46 - 50° F.

la Luna dei Tempi
Classification: Red Wine - Piedmont
Grape variety: 100% Barbera
Production area: Castagnito, in Roero
Altitude: 330 meters above sea level
Soil: Clayey, sandy
Alcohol: 14% by vol.
Harvest: Grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small wooden crates to prevent damage. Harvesting takes place on two separate occasions. Once in October and then again 30 - 40 days later.
Characteristics: An intense ruby red color with a delicate bouquet. The wine is fresh with a well-balanced body. Full in flavor with fresh, ripe fruit.


Serving Suggestions: Excellent with venison roasts, cheeses and cured meats. 
Should be served between 64 - 68° F. .

Altitude: The vineyards are 30 years old and 350 meters above sea level.

Soil: Clayey, sandy

Alcohol: 14% by vol.

Processing: Goes through a cold maceration for 15-20 hours followed by a temperature controlled fermentation. The wine ages in 3,000 liter Slovenian oak barrels for 12 months.  

Characteristics: Deep red in color, this wine provides a pleasant fragrance of violet, raspberry and peach. Dry, gently tannic with a good body, it provides a velvety and harmonious taste.  


Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed with tagliatelle pasta, risotto and various meat dishes. Should be served between 68 - 72° F.
