| Amaranto 72 | |||||||||
| The Amaranto 72 is an elegant first-class red wine and one of the most impressive wines in the La Cesura line. This sophisticated red wine is produced in East Veneto and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Marzemino. It is given a 12 month maturation period in large oak barrels, then another 12 months in barriques. With an intense dark ruby color, the wine displays rich, complex aromas and presents notes of violets, blackberries, and cherries. It shows good concentration and acidity in the mouth with clear aromatic reflexes. Great with stewed roe deer, grilled meats, and seasoned cheeses.

Raboso - DOC Piave
This red wine is produced in East Veneto and is made of 100% Raboso grape. The wine ages in oak barrels for 24 months. It then spends 9 months in barrique and 3 months in stainless-steel tanks, before being poured in the bottle, where it will remain for 10 months. The wine has an intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. Has a brilliant bouquet, wide and full that remembers country violets and a hint of marasca. Dry, sapid, slightly acidic, and fully appeasing. Served best with stewed beef and aged cheeses. Annual Production: 6,000 bottles |

Cabernet - DOC Piave This Cabernet is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It ages for approximately 14 months in barrique and then for 8 months in bottle. Ruby red color that is concentrated. Charming with hints of spices, green pepper, blueberries and tobacco for a wide and elegant bouquet. In mouth it demonstrates good concentration and acidity with clear aromatic scents. The finish is complex and persistent. Goes well with fillet steak, meat roast, and ripe cheese. Merlot - DOC Piave Produced in East Veneto, this wine is made of 100% Merlot grape. It is aged in barrique for 15 months and then in the bottle for 8 months. The wine has a ruby red color and takes garnet highlights with ageing. The fragrance is complex, and presents a concentrated hint of berries, which goes along with a delicate scent of spices. Taste contains hints of cherries, with sweet liquorish and vanilla. Persistent, sustained by a presence of noble tannins and by a pleasant freshness. Served best with rich first courses with meat sauce, orange duck, roast veal, semi-hard cheeses. Annual Production: 8,550 bottles |

Pinot Grigio - DOC Piave Produced in East Veneto and made of 100% Pinot Grigio grape, this Pinot Grigio is fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 59° F for 15 days. The wine is left to age for 4 months in the bottle. It has a straw yellow color with an intense and persistent perfume of nutmeg, vanilla, peach, and acacia flowers. Has a dry and fresh flavor, which contains a good aromatic and fruity return, and has hints of orange-peel. Taste is long and elegant. Goes well with meat and chicken soups, as well as fish. | Chardonnay - DOC Piave
This white wine is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes and is produced in East Veneto. The grapes are harvested by hand in the mildest hours of the day. Spends 3 months aging in the bottle. This Chardonnay has an intense and brilliant golden yellow color. Its aroma is intense and fruity, where hints of peach, apple, bread rind, tobacco, and hazelnuts are evident. A dry wine, that is rich and opulent, pleasantly fresh and of good persistence and harmony. Great with salmon risotto, sword fish with olives, grilled shrimps, and fresh cheeses.
