Bacco Wine & Spirit, LLC - Bodegas Amézola

Bodegas Amézola de la Mora, S.A.

Bodegas Amézola de la Mora is a family owned vineyard located in La Rioja Alta - Spain.  The company was founded in 1986 by two brothers, Inigo and Javier Amezola de la Mora, which replanted vineyards that had been in the family for many generations.  The wines Amezola produces are made solely from the grapes grown in the Rioja region.  These grapes are Tempranillo, Marzuelo, and Graciano.  The vineyards have a clay-like soil, which is highly suitable for vine cultivation.  Bodegas Amézola produces wines aged in both American and French oak barrels.  Much dedication is taken in the cultivation of the vineyards.
